All products except for sink items shipped direct from Karran:
We are happy to accept back any standard product
that is authorized within 14 days from the date of
delivery per the following:
- You must contact us and receive
return shipping instructions (RMA)
- Product must be unused and in
re-saleable condition with original packaging as applicable. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer.
- Any item that has been used, is
missing parts or damaged may be refused for credit and/or could be subject to a
restocking fee if applicable.
- Customer is responsible for
return shipping charges.
- Credit will be issued for product
only.
- No restock fees for any products except for sinks direct shipped
from Karran (See below)

Direct Shipped Karran Sink Returns:
- You must
contact us and receive return shipping instructions (RMA) for Karran sinks.
- Items sent
back to a manufacturer without prior arrangements may be lost or even
refused and no credit will be issued.
- Product drop
shipped directly from Karran are subject to 20% restocking fees, if not
defective.
- Any item
missing parts, not in original packaging, or broken may be refused for
replacement or credit
