Shipping will be quoted separately. We will contact you when we receive
your order and you will be emailed an estimate including shipping
charges that you must confirm before your credit card and your order is
processed.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. 12' Molding will be cut to 106" per maximum length allowed by UPS (Cut-off will be included in shipment).
Upon receipt of your order, please check to make sure all
contents are included and no damage has occurred in transit.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 business
days of delivery.
Upon delivery, inspect the exterior of carton for damage. If there is apparent damage to the carton, inspect contents prior to accepting delivery from UPS. If damage is not acceptable, refuse delivery from UPS.
If you discover damage to the contents where there is no apparent carton damage, email ef@bevel-edge.com or call 866-322-3835 immediately.
We will then take appropriate action to insure that you are satisfied with your
laminate purchase.
Please Note: Occasionally minor cracks or breaks along the edges are
common due to freight handling. Laminate is normally 1" wider and 1" longer than stated size to allow for this. If your damage is more substantial and you are
not capable of receiving the proper yield and wish to receive a replacement
order, please provide the following information:
- Is there physical damage to exterior of the box?
- Digital photograph of the damaged laminate and box
- Order or confirmation number
- Full contact name, phone number and email address
